Return Policy

If your items from World Jewels fail to meet your expectations for any reason, please send your package to us within 30 days from the date it was shipped. You must send via insured Post Office Make sure that you have insured the package & purchased a tracking number for your record.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team.
Please include the invoice and the reason for the return. Your return will be refunded in the same payment manner as your original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit to appear in your statement. Shipping / Handling charges and VAT charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Damaged in Shipment - DOA

If your item is damaged durring shipping, please hold the merchandise and the package it came in. Contact the delivering carrier (FedEx) to arrange for an inspection and then notify us.
