"Dera World Jewels, Thanks for your great customer service! I ordered a ring for my husband online because it was exactly like we found in the store for hundreds of dollars less. We are very happy with it, but I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I was amazed when I called your customer service number and talked to a real person within a couple minutes, then when she told me they would exchange the ring for a small fee I was very happy. The ring is back already and is perfect. In fact it took longer for me to get to the post office to have it shipped than to get the new, correct ring back. Thanks for your attention to your customers. It is unusual these days!"
